Welcome to condo 212 on South Padre Island!Â
The condo is located in a private and quiet beachfront complex with 2 inviting courtyard pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, on-site management, and gated entry to the complex. There are BEAUTIFUL beach views from the living room and balcony. Our condo is a relaxing getaway for families and couples alike.
We remodeled the condo to fit the needs of a family like ours to have a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation. Families will feel right at home as there are many extra amenities provided to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible. FAMILY FRIENDLY
Unit 212 is family friendly with full size washer and dryer, booster chair, pack-n-play, desk top fans for white noise, kids dishes (above the sink), and games. We have kids too so we know what it's like to travel with little ones!!!

OFF SEASON LONG TERM RENTERS WELCOME
October through February are lovely months at South Padre Island! It is very quiet and you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself!!! Stays over 30 nights are exempt from paying hotel taxes. Contact me for more details.

40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
25% of the payment is required 240 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 25 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €434 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
